Who we are

​

Reveal Original is a Minneapolis, MN furniture, lighting, home accessories and sculpture design and manufacturing studio with an industrial style mixing hardwoods, metal and reclaimed materials. We are a husband and wife team, David & Linda Baer. We specialize in working with our clients to handcraft a piece that is exactly what they want and fits perfectly into the space it was intended for. We also believe our pieces need to be functional, durable and versatile. 

 

We create pieces for both residential and commercial spaces working with homeowners, interior designers and architects.

Our journey started in 2015 when David took the leap from working as a creative director/graphic designer for large corporations and dabbling for years building his own sculpture and furniture on the side to finally listening to his heart to become a "maker" full time. Linda loves the product design aspect pulling from her interior design background. All pieces are handcrafted right in our Northrup King studio treating each piece as if it's a work of art, paying attention to even the smallest of details to create something fresh and exciting every time. Depending on the design, he taps into his welding, woodworking, CNC, laser cutting and all fabrication skills.

For our wood pieces, we believe in sustainable design using locally reclaimed trees. We also work closely with local mills ensuring proper air and kiln drying on each piece of wood.
