Moisture and heat can damage any wood finish. Avoid dragging sharp or rough objects across the surface of your wood furniture. Wood will expand and contract with seasonal humidity changes. Maintain consistent humidity levels to minimize movement in the wood. Exposure to sunlight over time will change the color of natural wood.
To care for your piece, wipe with dry cloth to clean as needed. Apply natural Danish oil or butcher block cleaner with a clean, white cloth following the direction of the grain and product instructions.
